The ESH Office has been contacted over the past few weeks regardng a new Classifieds website. Several of our current advertisers have advised ESH that, without their written permisson, Classified material created by ESH and produced only for ESH has been plagerised from our site and placed onto the website in question without the permission of ESH or the advertisers concerned. We have, unfortunately had to consult our legal team who are now investigating the current copyright infringements. We thank our viewers for alerting this to us, as this is practice that our family and team never have and never will endorse, conduct ourselves or condone.
Whilst we will always encourage members of the community to create their own businesses and have helped many to do so - our own business will not tolerate any other business who copies, removes and or impersonates a well known an establishedbusiness by poaching customers through acts of copyright. It is the free choice of all people to choose who they wish to advertise or support with and we have always encouraged a wealth of choices for customer options and in no way do we suggest that we are the 'one and only' . However for those who have chosen to advertise on the Emma's website, it is our job to protect the information they have provided to us and ensure their advertisement trusted to be placed on our website are protected. We thank you for your continued support.
With the calls and emails received please note - This website is advising people they contact that they have permission from ESH & Emma to copy their advertisements from our site - to their new website with free advertising. THIS IS NOT THE CASE and a complete fabrication and false information. ESH DO NOT allow any person under any circumstances to remove information from our site without the express written permission received from our legal team. I sincerely appreciate the many people who have contacted us today, our family is sorry to any of our advertisers that may have been mislead in this way by a fellow equine business, and we thank you for your suport in ESH.
Furthermore- We have now been contacted by a Performance Horse Website who have discovered from our notice, small parts of their website also copied, and a Manufacturer has also advised us that their logo is appearing on this website as an advertiser, without their permission or knowledge.
Several of our advertisers who have discovered their advertisements copied from ESH and appearing (with incorrect or missing details, items that have already been sold, advertisement no longer being current) on this new website - have contacted the business directly with requests for their details to be removed - ignored.
Any further details received from our viewers regarding this situation to which are deemed relevant or important make others beware regarding the fraudulant behaviour & mis-information regarding ESH - once approved by Emma's Legal team, will be published here. The matter is now being dealt with by our Legal team.
